Easy Peasy Lunch With a Little Help From @GortonsSeafood #RealFabulous #Review #Giveaway

I recently received the opportunity to participate in the Gorton's Blogger Program where I received coupons for free products to try out as well as some cool kitchen gifts!

I'll be the first to admit that I don't eat much seafood. Not because I don't like it, its just usually kind of expensive and I was never too sure about the more affordable options.

Having the opportunity to try out some of Gorton's products for free has really opened a door for my family and I found out that my kids love their fish sticks. Score!

While I'm also a fan of fish sticks, I was more excited to try out Gorton's Grilled Salmon.

This package contained 2 grilled salmon fillets that could be cooked in the oven or microwave. I opted for the oven and tossed a bag of frozen squash from last year's harvest into the steamer. In under 20 minutes I had a delicious, healthy lunch!

I thought that I was the only one in the house that liked salmon but it turns out my 4 year old is a fan too! She ate almost 3/4 of this herself. Luckily I cooked both of the patties so we both enjoyed it.
