Printcopia Review

I received the following product in exchange for an honest review.

I was very excited to get an opportunity to review an 8x10 canvas print from Printcopia! I’ve never been one to go get professional pictures made (its so expensive!) so I don’t really have a lot of family photos on my walls. Fortunately with the help of all the photo editing software available on the internet, I don’t have to pay a fortune to get great prints. The only thing that I was missing was a great way to display them.

Now, with Printcopia, I finally have a family photo on the wall that I can be proud of! The choice of photos was a no brainer, I have had this photo on my desktop, it was one of the few times that my youngest girls where being sweet to each other and I wanted to be sure that I remembered it. 

It literally took me only about 5 minutes to choose, layout, and order this photo on canvas. It is so easy!

A few days after ordering, I received an email saying that my print was shipping (they sent a tracking number for me to follow) and then a few days after that, I received this beautiful 8x10 print.

It came ready to be hung on the wall with the mounting hardware already attached. All that was left to do was to find the perfect spot on the wall for it!

Overall I am very pleased with the quality of this canvas print. I've never had one before and I love it, its now one of my favorite pieces of wall art. Yes, it helps that it features my girls, but I'm so pleased with how it looks and I'm trying to decide what my next print will be. I would very much recommend this company for anyone who is interested in a great photo on canvas.

Mama Jess' Gluten-Free Spaghetti Squash Crust Pizza

Here's a great recipe courtesy of Abe's Market! They are celebrating the Back to School Season with some great deals!

Ingredients for the Crust
1/2 large spaghetti squash
1 cup part skim mozzarella, shredded
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp basil, dried
1 tsp oregano, dried
salt & pepper to taste

Toppings
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 onion, diced
1/2 cup Mama Jess Garden Good Pasta Sauce
1 cup fresh arugula
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim, shredded

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spaghetti squash first. To do this, simply cut it in half, scoop out and discard seeds. Next place face down in a shallow pan with a bit of water, then bake for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Pull it out of the oven and let cool, then scrape out the flesh with a fork.

Increase oven to 400 degrees. Line pizza pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine spaghetti squash, mozzarella cheese, egg, egg whites, garlic, spices, salt and pepper. Mix together until well combined. Set aside for about 5 minutes. Drain any liquid forming at the bottom of the bowl. Press squash mixture evenly into parchment paper lined pan.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. While the crust is baking, saute the mushrooms and onion until mushrooms are soft and onions are translucent. Remove from heat. Remove pizza crust from oven when crust appears dry and golden.

Spread Garden Good sauce over the crust. Sprinkle your onion, mushrooms and arugula over sauce. Top with cheeses. Return to 400-degree oven and bake another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges of crust are browned. Cool for about 5 minutes before cutting into the pizza. Tip: It may be easier to lift the parchment paper off of the pizza pan and place on cutting board.
