  7. I LOVE strawberry shortcake so when I saw the recipe for "Lighter Strawberry Shortcake" I was pretty happy. I am trying to lose weight and recently joined Weight Watchers. I'm going to try and figure the points for it.

  25. The Mediterranean Diet -- After nearly 6 1/2 years, people who consumed extra-virgin olive oil and a handful of nuts daily were less likely to show the early signs of dementia ..a good diet.
